The 2020 vintage has given Château Beaumont excellent concentration and depth. Fresh blackcurrants and wild berries dominate the aromas, complemented by elegant hints of cedar wood, fine spices and a soft toasty finish.
On the palate, the wine is medium-bodied with precise structure. Firm, velvety tannins and lively acidity give it energy and a long finish. It is a modern interpretation of classic Haut-Médoc, which is accessible now thanks to its harmony (ideally after 1-2 hours in the decanter), but also offers the potential to be archived for another 10-15 years.
